The posting

Working hour

  • Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 12:30 pm

Key Roles

  • Work closely with FCE teachers to provide support in the preparation of FCE lessons
  • Handle simple administrative tasks (maintaining inventory, maintenance of kitchen equipment, processing food ingredients orders with suppliers)
  • Prepare food portions for distribution before all practical lessons while ensuring hygiene is observed
  • Clean the kitchen (sweeping/mopping floors, checking utensils) at the end of each lesson
  • Perform stock-taking of all food and cleaning supplies
  • Assist in school events when necessary
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must have Food Safety Course Level 1 certificate or equivalent
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; be a good team player with a high level of initiative
  • Having relevant experience in a school environment will be an advantage
