Hours: Mon–Thu 8:00am–3:00pm; Fri 8:00am–12:30pm

Key Roles

  • Programme Management: Track attendance for corrective programmes, issue reminders, follow up on non-compliance; coordinate rescheduling and parent communication.
  • Campus Supervision & Engagement: Conduct regular patrols (recess/lunch); monitor behaviour, address misconduct, ensure no mobile phone usage; engage proactively to deter misconduct.
  • Incident Response: Serve on the immediate response team to stabilize incidents; engage involved students; liaise with HOD Student Management for case handovers and draft reports.
  • Corrective Programme Supervision: Oversee task completion and conduct; engage students to reinforce positive behaviour; support out-of-school patrol duties.
  • Parent & Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate timely communication with parents regarding disciplinary cases; support parent engagement in rehabilitation.
  • Restorative Support: Assist in facilitating restorative conversations between offenders and victims; support delivery of corrective counselling.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification
  • Three years of relevant working experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
