The posting

Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 7:30am–4:30pm

Key Roles

  • Perform area supervision and walkabouts (including outside school at void decks/playgrounds) to manage student behaviour
  • Supervise students during assigned consequences (detention, reflection, community service)
  • Assist Key Personnel in incident management (preliminary conversations, compiling records, retrieving CCTV footage)
  • Perform data entry (compiling weekly late-coming data for the SDT)
  • Assist in facilitating school events and student development programmes (supervision, attendance-taking)
  • Maintain firm professional boundaries with a supportive, restorative approach
  • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

  • At least N level or equivalent
  • 5+ years' experience as a youth worker, in social services, or as an ex-police officer with SPF
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Competent in MS Word and PowerPoint; working knowledge of MS Excel for data entry
  • Knowledge of video-making is an advantage
