Working Hours: Mon–Fri: 9:00am–4:30pm

Key Roles

  • School Hours Support: Observe classrooms, conduct targeted pull-out sessions, and facilitate recess get-togethers to build social-emotional skills
  • Level Bonding: Plan and organise "Start IT Right" activities at the start of each term
  • After-School Programmes: Plan and implement P3/4 Project F.L.Y., P5/6 Project L.O.L., and PowerUp Hours (homework support)
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain records of attendance, interventions, and progress; track development and provide updates to the YH Team
  • Family Engagement: Plan parent-bonding activities, disseminate newsletters, and gather feedback
  • Collaboration: Work with YHs, Form Teachers, School Counsellors, and SWO; coordinate with external partners; conduct staff sharing sessions

Requirements

  • Registered with MOE
  • Qualifications in youth work, social work, counselling, psychology, etc.
  • 3 years' relevant working experience
