At least 5 years of construction experience is required. Licenses and bonds are required. Business and communication skills. Courses in project management would be beneficial. Benefits Terms of Employment: Fulltime Permanent Position 32 to 44 hours per week Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime Salary: $35.00 - $49.50 per hour Required Years of Experience: At least 5 years of construction experience is required.
