De groep bestaat uit drie divisies Fresh (verse groenten en fruit, bloemen en planten), Frozen (diepvries groenten en fruit), en Prepared (groenten en fruit in blik en bokaal) en telt het merendeel van de Europese retailers onder haar klanten. Onze werknemers en de cruciale relaties met klanten en leveranciers zien wij als de troeven die de groep in staat stellen producten en diensten te leveren met een totale waarde van om en bij de 4,25 miljard euro per jaar. Om het team in Sint-Katelijne-Waver te versterken, en de groei verder te onderbouwen zijn ze op zoek naar een gedreven kwaliteitsmedewerker(m/v):

Kwaliteit staat centraal binnen Greenyard. In deze functie waak je mee over de naleving van onze kwaliteitsnormen en speel je een belangrijke rol op de werkvloer.Een greep uit jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Mee instaan voor de uitvoering en verdere toepassing van het kwaliteitsbeleid op de site.
  • Medewerkers sensibiliseren, begeleiden en opleiden rond kwaliteit, hygiëne, werkinstructies, productspecificaties en FIFO-principes.
  • Optreden als interne IFS-auditor en actief bijdragen aan de voorbereiding en opvolging van audits.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles binnen het productieproces, waaronder temperatuurregistraties, visuele controles, staalnames en analyses.
  • Toezien op de correcte opvolging van procedures en kwaliteitsafspraken in alle fasen van het proces.
  • Registreren, analyseren en opvolgen van interne en externe klachten van klanten en leveranciers, in nauwe samenwerking met de betrokken afdelingen.
  • Rapporteren van kwaliteitsbevindingen en meedenken over verbeteracties.
  • Deelnemen aan een beurtrol voor zaterdagwerk.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een kwaliteitsbewuste en hands-on professional die graag aanwezig is op de werkvloer.Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur aangevuld met affiniteit voor verse voeding en groenten.
  • Een eerste relevante ervaring binnen kwaliteit, productie of voedingsindustrie.
  • Een sterke overtuiging van het belang van kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het talent om collega's op een positieve manier mee te krijgen in kwaliteitsinitiatieven.
  • Een zelfstandige en proactieve werkhouding, gecombineerd met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en besluitvaardigheid.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een gestructureerde aanpak.
  • Het vermogen om flexibel en oplossingsgericht om te gaan met onverwachte situaties.
  • Bereidheid om in beurtrol op zaterdag te werken.
