Responsabilidades e atribuições Apoiar o(a) ergonomista responsável no planejamento e na execução das ações de ergonomia nas áreas produtivas e administrativas.Realizar Avaliações Ergonômicas Preliminares (AEP) e Análises Ergonômicas do Trabalho (AET), incluindo observações em campo, entrevistas, registros fotográficos e elaboração de relatórios técnicos.Participar da identificação e avaliação de riscos ergonômicos, considerando fatores como posturas, repetitividade, esforço físico, movimentação de cargas e organização do trabalho.Colaborar na definição de prioridades e no acompanhamento dos planos de ação ergonômicos, atuando em parceria com lideranças, SESMT, Engenharia e Processos.Aplicar metodologias e ferramentas ergonômicas, como RULA, REBA, NIOSH, OCRA, checklists e outras técnicas reconhecidas.Contribuir para a implementação de melhorias em postos de trabalho e processos, em conjunto com equipes multidisciplinares.Apoiar programas de promoção da saúde e prevenção de agravos, como iniciativas voltadas à saúde da coluna e prevenção de lombalgias.Desenvolver orientações ergonômicas e ações educativas para colaboradores e lideranças, participando de campanhas e eventos como SIPAT.Organizar, atualizar e acompanhar indicadores, registros e evidências técnicas relacionados à ergonomia.Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, garantindo conformidade com a NR-17 e demais requisitos dos sistemas de gestão.Acompanhar restrições médicas e promover o rodízio de atividades.

Requisitos e qualificações Graduação concluída em Fisioterapia ou Educação Física.Pós-graduação ou especialização em Ergonomia (concluída ou em andamento) será considerada um diferencial.Conhecimento das normas e diretrizes relacionadas à saúde ocupacional, especialmente NR-1, NR-17 e Análise Ergonômica do Trabalho (AET).Vivência ou interesse em atuar em ambientes produtivos de médio e grande porte, sendo experiência na indústria calçadista um diferencial.Capacidade de acompanhar e interpretar indicadores de saúde ocupacional, como absenteísmo, afastamentos e queixas musculoesqueléticas.Conhecimento do Pacote Office, com foco em Excel e PowerPoint para elaboração de relatórios, análises e apresentações.Perfil colaborativo, com boa comunicação e facilidade para interagir com equipes multidisciplinares e lideranças.
