Grensarbeid zoekt voor CHILL een CAPEX Project Manager - Arlanxeo

Als Capex Project Manager bij ARLANXEO realiseer je investeringsprojecten van initiatief tot oplevering voor onze EPT-fabrieken op Chemelot. Je werkt in een complexe chemische productieomgeving, waar continuïteit, veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid van de installaties centraal staan. Je stuurt multidisciplinaire teams aan, bewaakt veiligheid, kwaliteit, planning en budget en werkt nauw samen met operations, engineering, contractors en management.

De functie

• Je realiseert Capex-projecten binnen scope, planning, budget en kwaliteitsnormen. • Je stelt projectcharters, business cases en projectplannen op met stakeholders. • Je bepaalt doelstellingen, deliverables, budgetten, resources en risico’s.• Je leidt multidisciplinaire teams met interne specialisten en contractors. • Je bewaakt voortgang, kwaliteit, kosten en prestaties en rapporteert aan management. • Je borgt naleving van veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften. • Je werkt nauw samen met operations, engineering, procurement, finance en cost control. • Je verzorgt contract- en leveranciersmanagement, inclusief aanbesteding en evaluatie. • Je zorgt voor oplevering, documentatie, overdracht en lessons learned. • Waar nodig kun je worden ingezet als Turnaround Manager of Construction Manager.

Jouw profiel

• Je hebt een hbo- of wo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in techniek, bedrijfskunde of projectmanagement. • Je hebt 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring met investeringsprojecten in een chemisch-industriële omgeving. • Je hebt ervaring met complexe projecten en multidisciplinaire teams.

• Je kent Capex-processen, asset lifecycle management, contractmanagement en projectmanagementtools. • Je plant en organiseert sterk, stelt prioriteiten en blijft resultaatgericht in een dynamische omgeving. • Je bent besluitvaardig, analytisch en communicatief sterk. • Je neemt stakeholders op verschillende niveaus effectief mee. • Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels goed.
