Ben jij een strategisch sterke projectleider die grote en complexe veranderopgaven kan realiseren? Kun jij bewegen in een bestuurlijk gevoelige context, verschillende belangen verbinden en richting geven aan projecten met brede impact? Dan maken we graag kennis met jou.

Wat ga je doen?

Als leid je grote, complexe en strategische IT-projecten binnen Zuyd. Je werkt op het snijvlak van beleid, uitvoering en organisatieontwikkeling en zorgt voor samenhang tussen inhoud, proces, besluitvorming en implementatie. Zuyd Hogeschool heeft een IT governance met een structuur van overlegtafels en een strategisch IT board, van waaruit projecten worden geïnitieerd en aangestuurd. Als projectleider realiseer je projecten in nauwe samenwerking en afstemming met de portfoliomanager en informatiemanagers.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

• Vertalen van organisatiedoelen en beleidsontwikkelingen naar projectopdrachten en businesscases • Voorbereiden en aansturen van grote multidisciplinaire projecten of samenhangende deelprojecten • Organiseren van governance, besluitvorming en escalatie • Adviseren van directie, management en opdrachtgevers over voortgang, risico’s en strategische keuzes • Managen van complexe stakeholdervelden en bestuurlijke belangen • Vormgeven van veranderkundige aanpak, implementatie en borging • Versterken van projectmatig en programmatisch werken binnen Zuyd.

Wij vragen:

• Hbo+- of wo-werk- en denkniveau, aangetoond door opleiding en/of ruime relevante werkervaring met het leiden van grote, complexe en strategische IT-projecten • Ervaring in omgevingen met meerdere stakeholders en bestuurlijke dynamiek • Kennis en opleiding in project-, programma- en verandermanagement • Certificering op gebied van PRINCE2, IPMA, Agile of hybride projectsturing • Sterke adviesvaardigheden en overtuigingskracht; • Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheid.

Jij bent Je bent een ervaren senior professional met bewezen realisatiekracht, bestuurlijke sensitiviteit en strategisch inzicht. Je weet koers te bepalen en vast te houden, ook wanneer belangen uiteenlopen en de context complex is. Met jouw analytische vermogen doorgrond je complexe vraagstukken snel en weet je deze te vertalen naar heldere keuzes en concrete acties. Je bent verbindend en bestuurlijk sensitief en weet verschillende stakeholders op een natuurlijke manier mee te nemen in de richting die nodig is. Je bent besluitvaardig, resultaatgericht en hebt tegelijkertijd oog voor de veranderkundige kant van projecten. Je weet wanneer je moet bijsturen, kunt omgaan met weerstand en zorgt ervoor dat plannen niet alleen worden ontwikkeld, maar ook daadwerkelijk worden gerealiseerd en geborgd. Daarbij beweeg je gemakkelijk tussen strategisch niveau, management en uitvoering en weet je mensen vanuit verschillende disciplines met elkaar te verbinden.
