Grensarbeid zoekt voor CHILL een Shift Supervisor - Anqore

Wil jij leidinggeven binnen een uitdagend chemisch proces, waar veiligheid, vakmanschap en samenwerken centraal staan? Als Shift Supervisor geef je leiding aan een productieploeg van 13 operators en zorg je samen met je ploeg voor een veilige en betrouwbare productie.

In onze chemische plant maken we onder andere acrylonitril, acetonitril en blauwzuur. Deze grondstoffen worden later verwerkt in heel verschillende producten, zoals speelgoed, koffieapparaten, latex handschoenen voor ziekenhuizen en onderdelen voor de automotive. Ons productieproces is complex. Dat maakt het werk juist interessant.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Shift Supervisor geef je leiding aan een productieploeg van 13 operators. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een veilige en efficiënte bedrijfsvoering en zorgt ervoor dat je ploeg goed kan functioneren.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

· zorgdragen voor een veilige en efficiënte bedrijfsvoering volgens de geldende regels, procedures en standaard werkprocessen

· toezien op het behalen van de vereiste productievolumes en productspecificaties

· mede zorgdragen voor de uitvoering van het HR-beleid en de HR-procedures binnen je ploeg

· uitvoeren van SHE-audits en inspecties

· ondernemen van adequate acties om mogelijke calamiteiten en noodsituaties te voorkomen

· stimuleren van ploegleden om voorstellen te doen voor het optimaliseren van installaties, processen en werkwijzen

· aftekenen van ontvangende werkvergunningen voor aanvang van onderhoudswerkzaamheden en afstemmen van deze werkzaamheden met ploegmedewerkers en de uitvoerende afdeling

· operationeel aansturen van de afdeling Verlading buiten de vlaggendiensturen en bij storingen en onderhoudswerkzaamheden

· zorgen voor een goede samenwerking met collega’s en toezien op orde en netheid in de plant.

Wat breng je mee?

Je hebt hbo werk- en denkniveau en beschikt minimaal over een Operator C-diploma. Daarnaast heb je meerdere jaren leidinggevende ervaring in de chemische procesindustrie.
