De rol van Storingsmonteur Elektrotechniek (3-ploegen) binnen Tata Steel Tubes is een uitdagende functie. Je draagt de verantwoordelijk over het verhelpen van storingen en preventief onderhouden van de installaties. En werk je aan nieuwbouw en uitbreidingswerkzaamheden op elektrotechnisch gebied waarbij je de bedrijfszekerheid en veiligheid weet te waarborgen. Verder ga je aan de slag met het:

  • Snel en adequaat lokaliseren, analyseren en verhelpen van elektrische storingen om de veiligheid en continuïteit van het productieproces te waarborgen. Dit heeft voor jou de hoogste prioriteit.
  • Het inspecteren, onderhouden en repareren van elektrotechnische, meet- en regeltechnische en PLC-gestuurde installaties, met als doel een veilige en betrouwbare bedrijfsvoering te waarborgen.
  • Voorbereidende en uitvoerende werkzaamheden ten behoeve van modificatie-, uitbreidings-, revisie- en nieuwbouwwerkzaamheden zoals aanleggen/aansluiten van kabelnetten, schakelkasten, elektromotoren, e.d. conform in de werkopdrachten vermelde specificatie.

Tata Steel Nederland Tubes B.V. is een producent van stalen gelaste buizen. De buizen worden vooral geproduceerd op klantspecificatie. Ze kunnen rond, rechthoekig, vierkant of met een speciaal profiel geproduceerd worden en moeten voldoen aan hoge kwaliteitseisen. Onze buizen zijn terug te vinden in gebouwen, kassen, landbouwwerktuigen, hekwerken, fietsen, rolstoelen, kapstokken en vele andere toepassingen.

In Maastricht werken ongeveer +-90 mensen. Je komt te werken in een hecht team (+- 20 man) in de werkplaats van de Technische Dienst. Iedereen is goed op elkaar ingespeeld, zodat je weet wat je van elkaar kunt verwachten.

Wie zoeken we?

Gezien de technische uitdaging die ons de komende jaren te wachten staan en de nodige verantwoordelijkheid die daar bij komt kijken verwachten wij minimaal een afgeronde MBO 4 opleiding in de richting van Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar. Verder ben je:

  • kundig op het gebied van storing zoeken in PLC (Siemens Step 7 en TIA Portal)
  • Kennis van industriële communicatienetwerken zoals Profibus en Profinet
  • Kunnen lezen van elektrotechnische schema’s (Eplan)
  • Basiskennis van pneumatiek en hydrauliek
  • Registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden in SAP
  • Communicatief vaardig richting operators en collega’s
  • Kennis van NEN 3140 en veilig werken in een productieomgeving
  • Zelfstandig en weet je tevens in teamverband goed samen te werken
  • Analytisch, jij weet bij iedere storing of onderhoud snel tot een conclusie te komen
  • Pro actieve houding, gericht op verbeteringen van de technische installatie
  • Stressbestendig, je weet goed om te gaan ad-hoc storingen van machines.
