Om onze operaties naar dit volgende niveau te tillen, zoeken wij een data-gedreven, procesgerichte Strategic Operations & Process Analyst die goed begrijpt welke kracht achter deze bedrijven schuilgaat en die inzichten kan vertalen naar schaalbare impact.

Jouw Rol

Jij staat in het hart van onze missie om handmatig, foutgevoelig en repeterend werk te elimineren. Met data en procesanalyse identificeer je inefficiënties, ontwerp je slimmere workflows en implementeer je oplossingen die ons richting volledig geautomatiseerde terminals brengen. Dit is geen rol in de dagelijkse planning, maar een strategische rol waarin jij onze planning en operaties naar het niveau van wereldklasse e-commerce tilt met staal in alle kwaliteiten, afmetingen en vormen als ons kernproduct.

Kernverantwoordelijkheden

  • Analyseren van operationele en logistieke data om trends, knelpunten en automatiseringskansen te signaleren
  • In kaart brengen, herontwerpen en optimaliseren van kernprocessen in supply chain, logistiek en warehouse
  • Adviseren en helpen implementeren van digitale tools, automatiseringstechnologieën en schaalbare oplossingen
  • Intensief samenwerken met de Data Analyst en het Customer Value Team om inzichten om te zetten in actie
  • Leidinggeven aan implementatieprojecten met operationele teams, met focus op soepele adoptie en meetbare resultaten
  • Definiëren en bewaken van KPI’s om succes tastbaar te maken (bijv. foutreductie, tijdbesparing, automatiseringsgraad)
  • Stimuleren van een cultuur van continu verbeteren met methodieken zoals Lean, Six Sigma of Kaizen

Wat Jij meebrengt:

  • Sterke analytische mindset met aantoonbare ervaring in procesverbetering, operations analytics of digitale transformatie
  • Hands-on kennis van tools zoals Excel, Power BI en procesmapping software; bekendheid met SQL, Python/R of WMS/TMS/ERP-systemen is een sterke pré
  • Affiniteit met automatisering, digitalisering en schaalbare businessmodellen (ervaring met e-commerce of platformgedreven operaties is zeer gewaardeerd)
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en stakeholdermanagement – in staat om te overtuigen en teams mee te nemen
  • Proactieve, praktische instelling met de drive om niet alleen te analyseren, maar ook daadwerkelijk te implementeren
  • Ervaring in logistiek, productie, warehousing of supply chain optimalisatie is een sterke plus
  • Beschikbaarheid voor parttime of hybride werk
