Vil du være med til at forme fremtidens dagpleje i Greve?

I Greve kommunale dagpleje søger vi lige nu endnu flere fornuftige, fantasifulde_,_ omsorgsfulde, nysgerrige, selvstændige, forstående, handlekraftige og ikke mindst kærlige og omsorgsfulde voksne, som brænder for at stille sig selv og sit hjem til rådighed og skabe nærvær og udvikling for byens yngste borgere.

Vi har fortsat behov for flere dagplejere i hele Greve kommune, så tøv ikke med at henvende dig.

Som dagplejer skal du være indstillet på at få en betydningsfuld rolle i de allervigtigste år i børnenes liv, og i tæt samarbejde med forældrene vil du komme til at gøre en forskel i forhold til børnenes trivsel, læring og dannelse.

Du må være mødestabil, kunne arbejde selvstændigt og være indforstået med en arbejdsuge på 48 timer som dagplejer i eget hjem. Til gengæld vil du få stor indflydelse på din hverdag.

Selvom du har hjemmearbejdsplads, forventer vi også at du tager på besøg hos andre dagplejere og kommer i legestuen 1 gang om ugen, samt benytter de fantastiske naturmuligheder vi har lige omkring os.

Vi stiller ladcykel og øvrige hjælpemidler til rådighed.

Vi forventer, at du har enten professionel erfaring og/eller erfaring fra egne børn, og at du minumum er fyldt 25 år.

Der vil være mulighed for at dit eget barn (under 3 år) kan indgå som en del af normeringen.

Det er en fordel hvis du også er optaget af det lille barns fantastiske udvikling i løbet af sine første år, og har en legende tilgang i dit arbejde med at gøre en forskel for børn og deres familier.

Du må være villig til kompetenceudvikling, og løbende at kunne reflektere over egen praksis.

Vi tilbyder naturligvis pædagogiske læringsfælleskaber og faglig sparring med kolleger og dagplejepædagog.

Din arbejdstid vil være i tidsrummet fra 7.00-16.45 , og 16.00 om fredagen

Vi arbejder ud fra en anerkendende pædagogisk tilgang og med udgangspunkt i Greve kommunes børne og ungesyn.

Løn og ansættelsesvilkår efter gældende overenskomst.
