Deine Mission

  • Leitung und Steuerung von Software-Projekten zur Entwicklung von innovativen, technisch anspruchsvollen Medizinprodukten für unsere Kunden (Medizinische Software und Apps/DiGA)
  • Betreuung unserer Neukunden im gesamten Neukundenprozess
  • Proaktive Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden aus dem Pharma- und Gesundheitsmarkt
  • Enge, interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Software-Ingenieuren, UI/UX-Designern, Test-Team, Qualitätsmanagement
  • Management von Zeit, Kosten, Projektumfang und Kundenbeziehungen
  • Anwendung von agilen Prozessen basierend auf den Bedürfnissen unserer Kunden
  • Erstellung, Management, Pflege und Priorisierung des Product-Backlogs in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden
  • Durchführung von Sprint-Plannings und Reviews

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem informationstechnischen oder medizinisch/naturwissenschaftlichen Studiengang oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement mit Kundenprojekten, optimal im Pharma- und Gesundheitsmarkt
  • Fundierte Expertise in der Kundenbetreuung
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit KI-Technologien (Gemini, Claude, etc.)
  • Praktische Erfahrung in agiler Methodik
  • Hohe Motivation, gemeinsam im Team komplexe Produkte zu entwickeln
  • Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit, Selbständigkeit sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Kundenorientierung
  • Blick für das Wesentliche, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, klare Kommunikations- und Priorisierungsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
