Ihr Aufgabengebiet

Im Rahmen einer Nachfolgeregelung suchen wir per 1. Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung Verstärkung für unser HR-Team.

  • Sie betreuen schwerpunktmässig den Bereich Operations und beraten Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende in operativen und strategischen Personalfragen sowie zu arbeitsrechtlichen Themen.
  • Sie rekrutieren Fach- und Führungskräfte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen.
  • Sie begleiten anspruchsvolle Personalsituationen und unterstützen Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende bei Veränderungen.
  • Sie wirken in HR-Projekten und bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer HR-Prozesse mit.

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit einer Weiterbildung im HR auf Stufe Fachausweis
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als HR Business Partner oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion sowie Erfahrung in der HR-Betreuung im industriellen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht und ein gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit, die Führungskräfte auf Augenhöhe berät, eigenverantwortlich arbeitet und sich aktiv ins HR-Team einbringt
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch / Italienisch von Vorteil
