Practicante mantenimiento administrativo:

Apoyar la gestión administrativa del área de mantenimiento, brindando soporte en el seguimiento de órdenes de trabajo, control de inventarios, coordinación con proveedores y generación de reportes, con el fin de contribuir a la eficiencia operativa y al cumplimiento de los programas de mantenimiento de la planta.

1. Gestión y Seguimiento de Órdenes de Trabajo

· Apoyar la creación, seguimiento y cierre de órdenes de trabajo en el sistema FIIX o equivalente.

· Consolidar información de eventos y órdenes para reportes de gestión del área.

· Soportar la organización de trabajos de fin de semana y coordinación de actividades.

2. Control de Inventarios y Proveedores

· Apoyar el control de inventario de repuestos, herramientas e insumos del área.

· Gestionar solicitudes de cotización y seguimiento a proveedores de mantenimiento.

· Apoyar la liberación de materiales e implementos de proveedores externos.

3. Reportes e Indicadores

· Apoyar la actualización de indicadores de mantenimiento para presentaciones de gestión.

· Soportar la elaboración de informes y presentaciones del área.

· Apoyar el archivo y organización de la documentación técnica y administrativa.

Requisito educación

Estudiante de Administración de Empresas, Tecnología en Mantenimiento o carreras afines, habilitado/a para iniciar práctica.
