We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual with at least one year of sales experience to connect with online customers and provide exceptional service throughout their vehicle buying journey. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping customers find the perfect vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with internet inquiries through phone, email, and online chats in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge and assist customers through the entire sales process.
  • Schedule appointments and follow-up communications to ensure a smooth buying experience.
  • Collaborate with the dealership sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activity.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year experience in sales, preferably in automotive or related industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort using dealership management systems and CRM software.
  • Must be located in or willing to commute to San Marcos, TX.
