Votre mission Organiser, diriger et surveiller vos chantiers Faire le lien entre le maître d’ouvrage et le projet de construction en respectant les objectifs techniques, financiers ainsi que les délais et normes de qualité QSE Planifier et organiser les chantiers afin d’allouer les bonnes ressources humaines et matérielles Surveiller et contrôler l'exécution des travaux de manière à en garantir une qualité irréprochable ainsi que le respect du budget Gérer les chefs d’équipe et les contremaîtres sur le terrain et assurer les liaisons entre les chantiers, la direction de la succursale et les autres organes Vos compétences Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme reconnu de Conducteur·rice de travaux, d’Ingénieur·e HES/EPF ou une formation équivalente Vous bénéficiez d'un minimum de 10 ans d’expérience en tant que conducteur·rice de travaux Vous êtes reconnu·e pour votre leadership transverse et inspirant, votre capacité d’adaptation, votre assertivité et vos capacités relationnelles Vous aimez les défis et vous investir dans un travail de qualité Nos avantages Cadre et outils de travail modernes Forte dynamique d'équipe Défis importants à relever Ambiance de travail agréable et respectueuse Retraite anticipée Si vous vous êtes reconnu·e dans cette description et que nous avons réussi à susciter votre intérêt sur le poste de CONDUCTEUR·RICE DE TRAVAUX GROS OEUVRE au sein du Groupe Grisoni, envoyez\-nous votre dossier via ce lien.
