Afin de compléter les équipes de Lanthmann Constructions Bois SA à Vuadens (FR), nous recherchons de suite ou à convenir un·e INGÉNIEUR·E BOIS qualifié·e. Vous aimez comprendre les besoins d’un architecte ou d’un maître d’ouvrage, imaginer des solutions pertinentes et transformer une opportunité en projet concret ? Vous souhaitez participer au développement de solutions durables et prendre part à une dynamique entrepreneuriale enthousiasmante ? Ce poste est fait pour vous. Votre mission Développer et entretenir les relations avec les architectes, ingénieurs, maîtres d’ouvrage et autres partenaires du secteur de la construction Analyser les projets en phase amont et accompagner les architectes et maîtres d’ouvrage dans la recherche de solutions constructives bois pertinentes, économiques et réalisables Élaborer des variantes et concepts techniques permettant d’optimiser les projets en termes de structure, préfabrication, coût, planning et mise en œuvre Analyser les appels d’offres et marchés publics, coordonner leur préparation et participer à l’élaboration des dossiers techniques et des offres Contribuer au chiffrage et à la définition des prestations en collaboration avec les équipes internes du Groupe Selon les projets, réaliser ou superviser le dimensionnement des structures et des assemblages bois Vos compétences\-clés Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'ingénieur·e HES en technique du bois EPFL, d’ingénieur·e civil avec expérience dans le bois ou une formation équivalente Vous pouvez justifier d'une expérience professionnelle avérée de plus de 5 ans dans un poste similaire Vous maitrisez les logiciels de structures tels que Dlubal RFEM/RSTAB et Cadwork Vous êtes capable d’analyser rapidement un projet et de proposer des solutions techniquement pertinentes et économiquement réalistes Vous appréciez le contact avec les clients, architectes et partenaires et êtes à l’aise pour présenter et défendre une solution Vous communiquez de manière authentique et savez instaurer un climat de confiance avec vos interlocuteurs Vos avantages dans ce poste Un poste offrant une réelle diversité entre développement de projets, conception \& ingénierie La possibilité d’intervenir très tôt dans les projets et d’exercer une influence directe sur les solutions qui seront réalisées L’accès aux compétences et aux ressources d’un groupe de construction de plus de 1'400 collaborateurs Une culture d’entreprise familiale favorisant l’autonomie, la prise de responsabilités et la reconnaissance des compétences Un soutien actif à la formation continue et de réelles perspectives d’évolution professionnelle Les avantages liés au contrat\-cadre du Groupe Grisoni Si vous vous êtes reconnu·e dans cette description et que nous avons réussi à susciter votre intérêt sur le poste d'INGÉNIEUR·E BOIS, envoyez\-nous votre dossier.
