We're looking for experienced, compassionate caregivers to help seniors in the Baton Rouge area stay safe, independent, and connected at home. What you'll get:

  • Pay: Starting at $12/hour, paid weekly

What you'll do:

  • Help clients with personal care, bathing, dressing, and mobility
  • Prepare meals and handle light housekeeping
  • Provide companionship and real conversation, often the part clients value most
  • Keep the home safe and report any changes in your client's condition
  • Document the care you provide each shift

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 7 AM–7 PM or 7 PM–7 AM, with shifts available seven days a week.

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of verifiable professional experience caring for seniors
  • 2 recent professional references (not friends or family)
  • Valid driver's license or state ID
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • A genuine heart for this work
