The posting

Build a career in HR while helping create an exceptional employee experience

Griswold is looking for an organized, people-focused, and tech-savvy People & Culture Coordinator to join our Home Office team.

This is a great opportunity for an early-career Human Resources professional who enjoys variety and wants hands-on experience across multiple areas of HR, including employee onboarding, benefits, payroll support, HRIS administration, employee engagement, compliance, workers' compensation, HR operations, and employee support.

This is a hybrid position, with an expectation of working in our Blue Bell office 2–3 days per week.

You’ll work closely with our People & Culture team to support both employees and caregivers throughout their employment journey. From helping a new hire feel welcomed on day one to troubleshooting an HRIS question, coordinating an employee event, or finding a smarter way to streamline an HR process, your work will directly contribute to a positive employee experience.

If you’re someone who is organized, curious, service-minded, comfortable with technology, and excited to grow your HR career, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

HR Operations & Employee Support

  • Provide day-to-day People & Culture support to Home Office departments and franchise network stakeholders.
  • Support HR programs and processes related to benefits, compensation, leave, separations, payroll, and talent management.
  • Assist with benefits enrollment and payroll processing.
  • Manage incoming requests through the People & Culture ticketing system, answer routine questions, and route requests to the appropriate team member.
  • Troubleshoot employee and caregiver questions, including ADP/HRIS access and payroll-related inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate digital employee, benefits, and attendance records.
  • Process caregiver new hire and termination requests and follow up with offices when additional information is needed.

New Hire Onboarding

  • Help create a welcoming and organized onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Develop new hire orientation agendas and coordinate onboarding activities with hiring managers.
  • Conduct new hire orientation.
  • Check in with new employees and collect required onboarding documentation.
  • Help continually improve the new hire and overall employee experience.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Help research, develop, and coordinate programs that strengthen employee engagement, recognition, wellness, morale, and company culture.
  • Support employee engagement surveys, recognition and reward initiatives, corporate events, and other culture-building activities.
  • Coordinate food and logistics for company events and assist with event setup and breakdown.
  • Help roll out culture initiatives across the Griswold franchise network by creating useful resources, templates, and communications.

HR Systems, Compliance & Process Improvement

  • Support HR reporting, audits, compliance, and data integrity.
  • Assist with workers’ compensation claim submissions, committee meetings, and related documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and reduce manual work using technology, automation, and more efficient workflows.
  • Maintain accurate employee information while following company data security standards and People & Culture policies.
  • Support general Home Office operations, including monitoring and ordering office supplies.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of Human Resources experience, particularly involving HR systems, data, reporting, or analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A customer-service mindset and a genuine interest in helping employees.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and follow-through.
  • Comfort learning and using technology, HR systems, and data.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to adapt as priorities, processes, and technology evolve.
  • Interest in growing your career in Human Resources and People & Culture.
  • Ability to meet all applicable Griswold hiring requirements and state regulations.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for company events, conferences, and other business needs.

What Griswold Offers You...

  • Hybrid work schedule
  • Generous time-off policies, including 8 Paid Holidays, 6 Wellness Days, and 2 Volunteer Days to pay it forward, alongside vacation days that grow with tenure.
  • Comprehensive benefits package encompassing medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Paid family leave
  • Continuing Education & Professional Development Training to keep your skills sharp.
  • 401k Retirement Plan with Employer Match to secure your future.
  • Additional perks such as Life Insurance, Pet Insurance, Short and Long Term Disability insurance, Norton Lifelock, Legal benefits, & Flexible Spending Account

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…

  • Love keeping things organized and making sure details don’t fall through the cracks.
  • Enjoy solving problems and finding better, more efficient ways to get work done.
  • Are comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with employee-facing work.
  • Believe HR should be both people-focused and operationally strong.
  • Enjoy creating positive experiences for employees.
  • Are curious about how technology can make HR processes easier and more effective.
  • Want exposure to several areas of HR rather than being limited to one specialty.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
