Wat doe je?

Om onze ambitie waar te maken zoeken we een Manager Claims die, naast de rol van Expert Claims Advisor, de leiding neemt over een kantooroverkoepelend team van Claims Advisors. Je bent de verbindende schakel binnen jouw team en combineert operationele, technische expertise met leiderschap, coaching en HR-verantwoordelijkheden. 🎯 Jouw verantwoordelijkheden- Operationeel leiderschap: Aansturen van een team van Claims Advisors over verschillende kantoren heen, met focus op efficiëntie, klantgerichtheid en samenwerking.- Behandelen van complexe en escalatiedossiers en coördineren van het volledige schadeproces: analyse, communicatie, onderhandeling en afhandeling- Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor collega’s, klanten en externe partijen (experten, maatschappijen, …)- Teamcoördinatie: Plannen, delegeren en opvolgen van taken binnen het team, inclusief het opzetten van overlegmomenten en rapportage naar het management.- Coaching & opleiding: Begeleiden van collega’s in hun groei, opstellen van individuele ontwikkelingstrajecten en verzorgen van opleidingen.- Kwaliteitsbewaking: Monitoren van processen, SLA’s en KPI’s om maximale klantentevredenheid te garanderen.- Cultuur & verbinding: Fungeren als cultuurcoach binnen het team, bewaken van sfeer en samenwerking, en aanspreekpunt zijn voor HR-gerelateerde vragen.- HR-verantwoordelijkheid: Uitvoeren van functioneringsgesprekken, onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers en een actieve rol in het rekruteringsproces.- Vertegenwoordiging: Je fungeert als gezicht van Groep Blancquaert naar zowel externe partijen zoals maatschappijen en klanten als binnen je team, interne werkgroepen en change projecten.

Wat moet je kunnen?

  • Je hebt idealiter ervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende rol, bij voorkeur binnen een financiële omgeving;
  • Doorgedreven ervaring en uitstekende kennis van het verzekeringsdomein schade (producten, wetgeving, markt, clausules);
  • Ambitie en maturiteit om jezelf en je team te laten groeien tot specialisten in het vakgebied;
  • Sterk inzicht in interne en externe processen, met focus op klantentevredenheid en teamwerking;
  • Communicatief sterk, analytisch, probleemoplossend en resultaatgericht;
  • Bereidheid om deel te nemen aan netwerkevents en integratietrajecten binnen de organisatie.
