Groep-G Gerechtsdeurwaarders is een gevestigd gerechtsdeurwaarderskantoor in het centrum van Gent. Met ons team zetten we dagelijks in op een kwaliteitsvolle, correcte en professionele dienstverlening. We zoeken een betrouwbare en mature collega die ons team wil versterken en mee wil bouwen aan een duurzame samenwerking.

Jouw takenpakket: - Beheren en opvolgen van juridische en administratieve dossiers - Opstellen en verwerken van juridische documenten, zoals dagvaardingen en betekeningen - Bewaken van afspraken, procedures en wettelijke termijnen - Communiceren met klanten, debiteuren en andere betrokken partijen - Opzoeken en verwerken van relevante juridische en administratieve informatie - Uitvoeren van diverse administratieve taken en bijhouden van digitale dossiersystemen - Geleidelijk opnemen van bijkomende verantwoordelijkheden, afhankelijk van je capaciteiten en interesses

- Je bent matuur, betrouwbaar en standvastig en neemt je verantwoordelijkheden ernstig. - Je beschikt over een evenwichtige en professionele houding, ook in moeilijke of stressvolle situaties. - Je kan omgaan met kritische opmerkingen, onverwachte omstandigheden en uitdagende gesprekken zonder je professionaliteit te verliezen. - Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig en hebt oog voor deadlines. - Je communiceert duidelijk, respectvol en discreet, zowel met collega’s als met externe partijen. - Je bent collegiaal, constructief en draagt bij aan een aangename werksfeer - Je zoekt bewust een stabiele functie waarin je je voor langere tijd wil engageren. - Je hebt interesse in de juridische sector en bent bereid om bij te leren. - Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend. Kennis van andere talen is een pluspunt. - Je beschikt over minstens drie jaar werkervaring, niet noodzakelijk in de juridische sector.
