Als Assistent Filiaalleider bij Hubo Groep Tom Heeren in de regio Limburg/Antwerpen binnen de afdeling Verkoop, speel je een essentiële rol in het ondersteunen van de dagelijkse activiteiten van het filiaal. Je werkt nauw samen met de Filiaalleider om ervoor te zorgen dat de winkel soepel draait en klanten de best mogelijke ervaring krijgen.

  • Ondersteunen van de Filiaalleider bij het beheren van de winkeloperaties
  • Leiding geven aan het team van verkoopmedewerkers en zorgen voor een positieve werkomgeving
  • Assisteren bij het opstellen van werkroosters en het bewaken van de personeelsbezetting
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van verkoopdoelstellingen en het optimaliseren van de winkelprestaties
  • Zorgen voor een aantrekkelijke presentatie van producten en een goede winkeluitstraling

Als Assistent Filiaalleider ben je een teamspeler met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een passie voor klantenservice. Je bent organisatorisch sterk en in staat om prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische omgeving. Bij Groep Tom Heeren krijg je de kans om je leiderschapsvaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen en bij te dragen aan het succes van het filiaal.

een vast uurrooster 5 dagen per week, vrije dag door de week - zaterdag werken

(In volgende filialen afwisselend zaterdag of zondag werken: Hubo Zonhoven - Lier - Schilde - Edegem - Reet )

Assistent Filiaalleider - Functievereisten

Om in aanmerking te komen voor de functie van Assistent Filiaalleider bij Hubo Groep Tom Heeren binnen de afdeling Verkoop in de regio Maaseik, dienen kandidaten te voldoen aan de volgende vereisten:

  • Minimaal een middelbare schooldiploma
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende rol is een pluspunt
  • Ervaring in de retail is een pluspunt
  • Affiniteit van onze tuin- en doe-het-zelf producten
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Goede organisatorische capaciteiten
  • Teamspeler met het vermogen om anderen te motiveren
