Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles according to Stellantis procedures.
  • Perform mechanical, electrical, drivability, powertrain, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and other repairs.
  • Complete warranty repairs, recalls, campaigns, and customer-pay repairs.
  • Use Stellantis diagnostic equipment and factory service information to accurately diagnose vehicle concerns.
  • Perform comprehensive multi-point vehicle inspections.
  • Identify legitimate maintenance and repair opportunities during inspections.
  • Complete repairs accurately and efficiently with an emphasis on fixing the vehicle right the first time.
  • Properly document diagnostic procedures, findings, recommendations, and completed repairs.
  • Communicate effectively with Service Advisors, Dispatchers, Parts personnel, and Service Management.
  • Maintain strong productivity and efficiency while protecting repair quality.
  • Complete required Stellantis training and maintain manufacturer certifications.
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Stellantis Level 2 or Level 3 certification strongly preferred but not required
  • Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram dealership experience preferred
  • ASE certifications are a plus
  • Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic abilities
  • Experience with Stellantis diagnostic systems and factory service information
  • Ability to consistently produce quality flat-rate hours
  • Strong understanding of warranty repair procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
