Grondwerken De Mol is op zoek naar een gedreven en gepassioneerde operationeel manager met ervaring voor de versterking van het team.

Focus wordt gelegd op Veiligheid, Kwaliteit en Financiële controle

​​ Taakomschrijving:​​

  • Aan de hand van een overzicht, van alle projecten, voor, tijdens en na uitvoering, behoud je een helikopterview.
  • Langetermijnplanning opmaken en bijhouden van zowel de werven als de calculatie-afdeling.
  • Van alle gegunde werven (zowel privaat als openbaar) de startvergaderingen bijwonen.
  • Je helpt de projectleiders en werfleiders met hun taken. Via wekelijkse meetings stuur je ze, zodat de projecten zowel technisch, organisatorisch als administratief en financieel vlot lopen. Je bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt bij problemen.
  • Je bent voldoende aanwezig op bureau, zodat je beschikbaar bent voor het team, maar voert ook kwaliteitscontroles uit op de werven en onderhoudt de goede contacten met klanten, overheidsinstanties, ...
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de algemeen directeur of de zaakvoerder.
  • Voortraject van een werf samen met werkvoorbereiding, calculatoren en werfleiders/projectleiders volgen en plannen.
  • Ervaring in de wegenis/grondwerken/infra is noodzakelijk.
  • U stuurt het hele team aan en doet de opvolging waar nodig.
  • Controle op de facturatie in lopende projecten.
  • Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het rekruteren en beoordelen van medewerkers en onderaannemers.
  • Als er moet bijgesprongen worden als werfleider/projectleider, neem je ook die taak vast, zodanig dat de werfleiders steeds met hun vragen terecht kunnen.
