GTBUILD er en del af GRONSEDT TECHNOLOGY-gruppen, der ud over byggematerialer leverer bærende stålkonstruktioner til byggeri samt løsninger i rustfrit stål til luftfarts-, fødevare- og medicinalindustrien.

GRONSEDT TECHNOLOGY har et nyt distributionscenter på 6.000 m² i Kalundborg og 10.000 m² egne produktionsfaciliteter i Asien.

Om jobbet

Vi søger en erfaren og engageret Account Manager med stærk teamånd til at udvikle salget til STARK, XL-BYG, AO, DAVIDSEN og øvrige B2B-grossister og byggemarkedskæder i Danmark.

Du får en udadvendt salgsrolle, hvor en væsentlig del af arbejdstiden foregår ude hos kunderne. Du besøger aktivt butikker og afdelinger, opsøger salgsmuligheder og arbejder sammen med kundernes medarbejdere om at styrke salget af vores produkter.

Du starter med fokus på aktivt salg, kundebesøg og kundeudvikling. Når du har opbygget et solidt produkt- og kundekendskab og vist gode resultater, får du mulighed for gradvist at overtage ansvaret for større kunder og kædeaftaler fra direktøren og udvikle dig til Key Account Manager.

Dine opgaver:

  • Planlægge og gennemføre regelmæssige kundebesøg i hele Danmark med fokus på kvalitet frem for kvantitet – velforberedte besøg, der skaber værdi for kunden og fører til konkrete resultater.
  • Skabe salg ved besøg gennem produktrådgivning, præsentation af nyheder og opfølgning på kundernes behov.
  • Udvikle eksisterende kunder og skabe nye kunderelationer.
  • Sikre disciplineret CRM-registrering og konsekvent opfølgning.
  • Arbejde tæt sammen med resten af teamet om kunder og resultater.
  • På sigt få ansvar for at forhandle priser, indkøbs- og sortimentsaftaler – opgaver, som direktøren varetager i dag, og som du gradvist overtager.

Din profil:

Du har erfaring med B2B-salg, gerne med grossister og byggemarkedskæder. Du trives med en aktiv hverdag på landevejen og den personlige kontakt ude hos kunderne. Du er en udpræget teamplayer, arbejder struktureret og skaber resultater gennem stærke relationer og vedholdende opfølgning.

Du har lyst og ambitioner til at udvikle dig og på sigt tage et større kunde- og aftaleansvar. Kørekort B er et krav.
