Als Sales Support Medewerker ben jij een onmisbare schakel tussen onze klanten, het magazijn, en het salesteam. Je zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen vlot verwerkt worden en onze klanten steeds kunnen rekenen op een uitstekende service.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand die energie haalt uit klantencontact, graag initiatief neemt en ook op drukke momenten het overzicht weet te bewaren.

  • Je hebt affiniteit met de horeca en begrijpt hoe belangrijk een uitstekende service is.
  • Je bent enthousiast, dynamisch en hebt een positieve ingesteldheid.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en helpt klanten steeds met de glimlach verder.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en kan vlot schakelen tussen verschillende taken.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer die graag samenwerkt met collega's.
  • Je hebt een goede pc-kennis en leert vlot werken met nieuwe software.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans.

Wat zijn jouw taken?

  • Je verwerkt nauwkeurig bestellingen die binnenkomen via telefoon, e-mail en onze webshop.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en helpt hen professioneel en klantvriendelijk verder bij vragen of klachten.
  • Je volgt bestellingen en leveringen nauwgezet op en staat hiervoor regelmatig in contact met onze chauffeurs en het magazijn.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht mee en zorgt ervoor dat eventuele problemen snel en correct worden aangepakt.
  • Je informeert klanten over ons assortiment en helpt hen bij productgerelateerde vragen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's van sales en het magazijn om onze klanten elke dag de beste service te bieden.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Sales Manager.
