Über die Rolle

Robotik ist ein zentraler Bestandteil unserer zukünftigen Automatisierungs- und Technologiestrategie. Als Robotics Application Engineer (m/w/d) entwickelst, erprobst und implementierst du innovative Robotiklösungen und gestaltest damit aktiv die Automatisierung unserer zukünftigen Fertigung.

Dabei verbindest du klassisches Robotik-Engineering mit neuen Technologien und arbeitest eng mit den Bereichen Automatisierung, Steuerungstechnik, Elektrokonstruktion und Fertigung zusammen.

Neben der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Robotiklösungen liegt ein besonderer Fokus auf humanoider Robotik, mobilen Robotikanwendungen, neuen Endeffektoren und modularen Automatisierungslösungen.

Dein Aufgabenbereich umfasst:

  • Entwicklung, Evaluierung und Umsetzung von Robotik- und Automatisierungslösungen für unterschiedliche Fertigungs- und Einsatzbereiche.
  • Programmierung, Integration und Inbetriebnahme von KUKA-, FANUC- und Universal-Robots-Systemen sowie Entwicklung und Validierung von Greifern und Endeffektoren
  • Durchführung von Machbarkeitsstudien, Versuchsaufbauten und Erprobung innovativer Robotik Lösungen, insbesondere für Baustellen-/Außeneinsätze und humanoide Robotik
  • Entwicklung und Standardisierung eines modularen Baukastensystems für wiederverwendbare Robotik- und Automatisierungslösungen
  • Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Robotik Systeme, technische Unterstützung sowie Dokumentation und Überführung erfolgreicher Lösungen in standardisierte Prozesse
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerungstechnik, Elektrokonstruktion, Mechanik und weiteren Engineering-Bereichen sowie Unterstützung bei der Auswahl und Bewertung neuer Robotik Technologien und Komponenten

Über dich

Minimale Voraussetzungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung in den Bereichen Automatisierungstechnik, Robotik, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung
  • Erfahrung in der Programmierung, Integration und Inbetriebnahme von Industrierobotern
  • Fundierte praktische Kenntnisse in mindestens einem der Robotersysteme KUKA, FANUC oder Universal Robots; Erfahrungen mit mehreren Plattformen sind von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in KRL (KUKA Robot Language)
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse industrieller Steuerungs- und Programmierumgebungen, insbesondere Siemens S7; Erfahrungen mit weiteren Systemen wie B&R oder Beckhoff sind wünschenswert
  • Gutes Verständnis von Steuerungs- und Automatisierungstechnik sowie die Bereitschaft zur engen Zusammenarbeit mit SPS- und Automatisierungsingenieuren
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Reisebereitschaft (20%)

Bevorzugte Voraussetzungen

  • Grundkenntnisse in EPLAN P8
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung in der Siemens S7-Programmierung
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) bzw. fahrerloser Transportsysteme
  • Interesse oder erste Erfahrungen im Bereich humanoide Robotik
  • Erfahrung mit der Software PolyScope (Universal Robots)
