Role: Executive Assistant to CEO, New Delhi Experience: 2+ years Salary: upto 12 LPA Note: Male candidates only ____________________________________________________________________

About the role :

You will work closely with the CEO on the organisation's highest-priority issues, decisions, and execution priorities. This role is designed for someone who can think ahead, connect the dots, and drive execution. You will bring structure to fragmented information, drive critical priorities to closure, and ensure the CEO has the necessary context, insights, and preparation to make timely, informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • CEO Enablement: Translate high-level priorities into structured actions, follow-ups, and concrete execution.
  • Research & Insights: Deep-dive into business, market, and organizational questions; synthesise findings into sharp briefs and recommendations.
  • Decision Support: Prepare data, context, options, and analysis to help the CEO make faster, better-informed decisions.
  • Executive Coordination: Drive cross-functional follow-ups and ensure important decisions move seamlessly from discussion to closure.
  • Problem Solving: Take ambiguous, time-sensitive problems, bring structure to them, and independently drive them toward resolution.
  • Executive Readiness: Ensure the CEO has the right context, stakeholders, information, and materials ahead of critical conversations and meetings.
  • Operating Rhythm: Seamlessly manage the CEO's calendar, priorities, meetings, travel, visas, and logistics as part of the broader executive operating system.
  • Confidentiality & Judgement: Handle sensitive information and high-stakes situations with maturity, discretion, and sound judgement.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 2+ years in an EA, Business/Management Assistant, Consulting, Strategy, Founder's Office, or similar high-ownership role.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Sharp capability to structure ambiguous problems and transition efficiently from question insight action.
  • Analytical Capability: Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the confidence to interact with senior stakeholders.
  • Execution & Detail: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and execution discipline.
  • Autonomy: Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and modern AI/productivity tools.
  • Mindset: High judgement, discretion, and intellectual curiosity.
  • Preferred (Plus): Direct experience working with a Founder/CEO in consulting, strategy, a startup, or a high-growth organization.

What We Offer & What to Expect

  • Culture & Value: We are a social enterprise that values its people as much as its impact. Compensation is competitive within the social startup space and may include equity depending on fit and role level.
  • Growth: We help you identify your strengths, grant autonomy to make decisions in those areas, and actively support your growth where you need development.
  • Ground Connection: Opportunities to interact directly with field coordinators and ground-level agents.
  • Environment: Ideal for individuals who value work culture, freedom, growth, personal and professional development, and collaborative teams.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.
