The posting

We zoeken een ervaren plaatser die als eerste man de werf draagt. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de plaatsing van begin tot eind: van het laden in ons magazijn tot een propere oplevering bij de klant. Je werkt in duo en jij hebt de leiding.

Samenwerken als zelfstandige heeft onze voorkeur. Liever in loondienst? Dan is dat bespreekbaar.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je vertrekt 's ochtends vanuit ons magazijn in Sint-Niklaas. Vóór vertrek check je of alles voor de werf compleet en correct is. Wat ontbreekt, merk je hier en niet bij de klant.
  • Je breekt bestaand schrijnwerk uit en plaatst pvc-, aluminium- en houten ramen, deuren en schuiframen, in renovatie en nieuwbouw.
  • Je monteert toebehoren: rolluiken, screens, vliegenramen, dorpels.
  • Je zorgt voor de binnen- en buitenafwerking: kitwerk, plooiwerk, kassementen. Tot in de puntjes.
  • Je stuurt je collega-plaatser aan en bewaakt het tempo en de kwaliteit op de werf.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt van de klant op de werf: je overloopt de werken bij aankomst en levert op bij vertrek.
  • Je levert elke werf correct op: foto's, opleverdocument, en openstaande punten geef je dezelfde dag door. Geen losse eindjes.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als plaatser buitenschrijnwerk, waarvan een deel als eerste man of ploegbaas.
  • Je kent pvc, aluminium en hout, zowel in renovatie als nieuwbouw.
  • Je werkt af zoals je het bij jezelf thuis zou willen. "Goed genoeg" bestaat niet.
  • Je kan een collega aansturen: duidelijk, zonder te roepen en zonder alles zelf te doen.
  • Afspraak is afspraak, bij de klant en bij ons.
  • Je werkt proper, laat de werf netjes achter en bent beleefd tegen klanten.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs BE (aanhangwagen).
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
  • Troeven: ervaring met binnenafwerking (MDF, pvc), gyproc of bezetten; VCA-attest.
  • Als zelfstandige: je hebt een ondernemingsnummer, een beroepsaansprakelijkheidsverzekering en je eigen gereedschap.
