About GTI

We aim to help students realise their potential in the world of work through technology, content, and tools. That’s not an easy thing.

We believe in understanding students and partnering with employers, universities, schools, and other technology providers.

It’s about students finding the right role and employers finding the most suitable candidates. But its more than that – it’s about helping young people discover options, develop, and build confidence.

About the Team

The Marketing Operations team sits within our wider Student Success function, whose mission is to positively impact hundreds of thousands of students across the UK and EMEA. Together, we support students throughout their career journey—through the targetjobs platform, social media, ambassador programmes, and industry-leading events.

As part of this collaborative and dynamic team, you’ll contribute to campaigns that engage students both digitally and face-to-face, helping them discover exciting opportunities with top employers. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Operations Team and other members of the Student Success and Client teams to deliver high-quality campaigns that support both student outcomes and client goals.

This team thrives on innovation, operational excellence, and a shared passion for student engagement. Whether coordinating an ambassador programme or helping launch a new campaign, your work will play a key role in making a meaningful impact on students’ futures.

About this role

As a Marketing Campaign Executive, you will play a key supporting role in the delivery of multi-channel campaigns by providing coordination, administrative support, and executional assistance across a wide range of activity. Working closely with the Marketing Operations Team, you’ll help manage social media content creation, social media campaigns, organic and paid social scheduling, ambassador programmes, schedule paid media content, organise campaign logistics, support candidate communications, and contribute to accurate and timely reporting.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about student engagement and campaign delivery.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
