Nous représentons le constructeur français Renault Trucks, dont nous sommes l’un des groupes leaders en France à travers notre réseau Trucks Solutions.

Notre agence d’Aubenas, atelier de maintenance et dépannage de véhicules poids lourds et utilitaires, jouit d’une bonne notoriété, et pour maintenir le développement de notre activité, nous investissons dans les hommes (alternance /formation constructeur) et dans l’outil de travail.

Rattaché(e) au Directeur, vous aurez la responsabilité de manager une dizaine de collaborateurs.

Vous aurez pour missions de :

  • Manager les équipes dans une optique de satisfaction des clients, de développement et de rentabilité des activités, de respect des procédures, de la réglementation et des normes du constructeur,
  • Garantir la qualité et la fiabilité des prestations fournies par l’atelier et le magasin de pièces de rechanges,
  • S’assurer de la bonne gestion administrative des activités (établir les devis des prestations, suivre les plannings…)
  • Gérer la relation clients B to B
  • Assurer le suivi du bâtiment et des ressources
  • Déployer les nouveaux outils digitaux du groupe
  • Respecter et transmettre la politique du groupe et agir dans le respect de la délégation qui vous sera confiée.

Vos atouts :

  • Vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie, entre 3 et 5 ans, sur un poste similaire.
  • La satisfaction clients est au cœur de vos priorités,
  • Vous possédez de solides compétences en gestion de l’après-vente, vous favorisez un management participatif et de proximité,
  • Vous faites preuve d’autonomie, d’un bon sens relationnel, d’esprit d’analyse et d’initiative,
  • La connaissance du secteur de la mécanique ou du transport est indispensable.

Poste en CDI, basé à Aubenas (07), vous serez rémunéré selon votre expérience + véhicule + téléphone
