Notre pôle infogérance : Un Centre de Services situé au cœur d'Isneauville (76) nous permet également de délivrer des prestations en mode 24/7/365 dédiées au support utilisateurs et à la gestion des infrastructures informatiques.

Votre mission (si vous l’acceptez) :

  • Assurer l'administration, l'exploitation et le maintien en conditions opérationnelles des infrastructures serveurs, stockage et virtualisation.
  • Administrer les environnements matériels Dell, Lenovo et Huawei.
  • Superviser les équipements et solutions de stockage Huawei.
  • Assurer l'exploitation et l'administration des environnements de virtualisation VMware.
  • Administrer et maintenir les environnements de virtualisation de postes de travail Systancia WorkPlace.
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents techniques de niveaux 2 et 3, selon le niveau d'expertise.
  • Réaliser les opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective.
  • Participer aux évolutions des plateformes, aux montées de version et aux opérations de migration.
  • Assurer le suivi des performances, des capacités et de la disponibilité des infrastructures.
  • Contribuer à la sécurisation, à la fiabilisation et à l'optimisation des environnements.
  • Produire et maintenir la documentation technique et les procédures d'exploitation.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes techniques du client dans le cadre des opérations courantes et des projets d'évolution.

Le terrain de jeu ?

  • Serveurs : Dell, Lenovo, Huawei.
  • Stockage : Huawei.
  • Virtualisation serveurs : VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter).
  • Virtualisation de postes de travail : Systancia WorkPlace.
  • Administration, supervision et diagnostic d'infrastructures systèmes.

Le profil que nous recherchons :

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme/Titre Bac+3 et vous avez 3 ans d’expérience minimum dans un environnement challengeant
  • Vous avez une expérience auprès de clients grands comptes et une capacité à analyser et résoudre des incidents techniques complexes
  • Vous avez un bon niveau d’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit
  • Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d’agilité et de proactivité, et disposez d’une excellente aisance rédactionnelle
