Technicien.ne Support IT (CDI) H/F Localisation : Rennes (35) Mode de travail : Hybride (1 jour de télétravail) Date de démarrage : Janvier 2027 Fourchette de salaire : Entre 24K et 26K€

Votre mission (si vous l’acceptez) :

Nous recrutons dès à présent un.e Technicien.ne Support IT en CDI. Dans cette nouvelle étape de votre carrière, nous vous proposons d’intervenir sur de belles missions auprès de notre client situé du côté de Rennes (35) auprès duquel vous aurez la possibilité de :

  • Assurer le support 100 % à distance
  • Traiter les demandes et incidents (création d’accès, mot de passe, incidents de double authentification)
  • Assurer le support applicatif
  • Installer le module pour les imprimantes thermiques et gérer les problèmes d’impression

  • Logiciel métier interne

Le profil que nous recherchons :

Vous disposez des bases techniques en support desk et/ou d’une première expérience sur un poste de Technicien.ne Support Informatique ou Technicien.ne applicatif.

Si vous êtes reconnu.e pour votre rigueur, votre esprit d’équipe et votre sens du service, ce poste est parfait pour vous !

Rémunération :

  • 24 000 - 26 000 € (Selon votre expertise)
