The posting

Rattaché.e à la Responsable Expérience Client de la marque Maison 123, vous participez au quotidien à la gestion des demandes clients et contribuez à garantir une expérience client de qualité, en lien avec les différents interlocuteurs de la marque.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Vous répondez aux demandes clients reçues par e-mail et via les formulaires de contact, et assurez le traitement des demandes de niveau 2.
  • Vous gérez les réclamations clients par e-mail et WhatsApp ainsi que les réponses aux avis clients.
  • Vous assurez la gestion des remboursements, des articles défectueux et des demandes liées aux marketplaces et à la seconde main.
  • Vous apportez des réponses adaptées en fonction de la politique de service de la marque, du plan d’animation marketing et des règles des programmes de fidélité.
  • Vous participez à la stabilité, à la correction et à l’évolution des différents outils internes liés au Customer Service.
  • Vous êtes en interaction avec le réseau boutiques, les équipes Retail au siège, la Qualité et les différents interlocuteurs internes afin d’assurer une prise en charge efficace des demandes clients.

Profil

Vous souhaitez rejoindre une marque qui s'engage pour proposer une mode porteuse de sens, de qualité et durable, à un prix juste et raisonné, pour les femmes d'aujourd'hui.

Vous êtes de formation supérieure niveau Bac+4/5 de type école de commerce ou équivalent université et vous êtes à la recherche d'un stage professionnalisant.

Vous êtes dynamique, autonome et rigoureux.se, vous êtes doté.e d'une très bonne qualité rédactionnelle et d'un bon esprit d'analyse.

Vous avez une bonne maîtrise du Pack office.

Stage de 6 mois à pourvoir pour janvier 2027.
