Le Groupe Etam est un acteur international du retail, fortement orienté e-commerce et digital, exploitant de nombreux sites marchands et canaux digitaux, avec des volumes significatifs de données clients, collaborateurs et partenaires.

Dans ce contexte, le. la DPO adjoint.e joue un rôle clé de structuration, de pilotage et de pédagogie, afin de garantir la conformité du Groupe aux réglementations en matière de protection des données personnelles, tout en accompagnant les projets business et digitaux.

Vos missions seront :

Pilotage de la conformité RGPD Groupe

• Définir, déployer et maintenir la gouvernance des données personnelles du Groupe avec la Directrice Juridique Groupe.

• Piloter la conformité au RGPD et aux réglementations locales applicables.

• Tenir et mettre à jour les registres de traitements.

• Réaliser et encadrer les analyses d’impact (DPIA).

• Suivre les durées de conservation et les politiques d’archivage.

Accompagnement des projets digitaux & e-commerce en coordination avec la juriste Digital & Data

• Être impliqué.e en amont des projets digitaux, IT, data, CRM, marketing et e-commerce.

• Conseiller les équipes sur les principes de privacy by design & by default.

• Encadrer les sujets cookies, traceurs, consentement, parcours clients omnicanaux.

• Participer à l’analyse des outils SaaS, plateformes e-commerce, solutions data et marketing.

Gestion des risques et des incidents

• Gérer les violations de données personnelles (data breaches).

• Préparer et coordonner les notifications à la CNIL le cas échéant.

• Mettre en place et suivre les plans d’actions correctifs.

Relations avec les autorités & partenaires

• Être l’interlocuteur.trice privilégié.e de la CNIL et des autorités équivalentes.

• Gérer les relations avec les sous-traitants et partenaires (clauses, audits, DPA).

• Participer aux audits internes et externes liés à la protection des données.

Sensibilisation & pédagogie

• Déployer des programmes de sensibilisation et de formation des équipes.

• Vulgariser les enjeux juridiques et data auprès des équipes non juridiques.

• Produire des supports clairs, pratiques et opérationnels.

• Incarner un rôle de référent accessible, pédagogue et pragmatique.

Profil recherché:

Vous souhaitez rejoindre un groupe innovant, leader de la Lingerie en France.

Diplômé.e d’un Bac+5 en école d’ingénieur / droit des données personnelles ou équivalent universitaire, vous justifiez d’une expérience professionnelle de 5 à 8 ans en tant que DPO, acquise idéalement dans un environnement retail et international.

Vous êtes reconnu.e pour :

- Votre capacité à structurer, formaliser et prioriser vos tâches.

- Votre autonomie, rigueur, et votre aisance relationnel.

- Votre pédagogie et vulgarisation des sujets seront un atout pour ce poste.

Une maîtrise de l’anglais professionnel ainsi qu’une excellente maitrise du RGPD et des enjeux data sont exigées pour ce poste.
