GISMIC FORMATION est un acteur reconnu de la formation en Contrôles Non Destructifs (CND) et métiers techniques industriels. Grâce à des formateurs experts issus du terrain, des équipements de pointe et une pédagogie axée sur la pratique, nous accompagnons chaque année de nombreux professionnels dans l'acquisition et le perfectionnement de leurs compétences en CND.

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons un(e) : Formateur Contrôles Non Destructifs (CND) H/F

Vos missions principales :

Rattaché(e) au directeur de Région et au Responsable Formation CND, vous assurez la préparation et l'animation des formations en Contrôles Non Destructifs auprès de nos stagiaires, clients et partenaires industriels.

À ce titre, vous serez notamment chargé(e) de :

- Préparer, animer et évaluer des sessions de formation théoriques et pratiques.

- Former les stagiaires aux méthodes de Contrôles Non Destructifs conformément aux exigences normatives et réglementaires.

- Accompagner les candidats dans leur préparation aux certifications COFREND.

- Concevoir et mettre à jour les supports pédagogiques.

- Participer au développement de nouvelles offres de formation.

- Assurer une veille technique et réglementaire dans votre domaine d'expertise.

- Participer ponctuellement à des missions techniques ou d'assistance auprès de nos clients.

Profil recherché:

- Formation technique de niveau Bac +2 minimum dans les domaines de la mécanique, métallurgie, maintenance industrielle ou équivalent.

- Solide expérience dans le domaine des Contrôles Non Destructifs.

- Certification COFREND de niveau 2 ou 3 dans les méthodes suivantes :

o PT (Ressuage)

o VT (Examen Visuel)

o UT (Ultrasons)

o PA (Phased Array)

- Une première expérience en animation de formation ou tutorat serait appréciée.

- Bonnes capacités pédagogiques et relationnelles.

- Sens de l'organisation, autonomie et rigueur.

- Mobile en région Normandie / Lorraine / PACA.
