Nous recherchons un·e Conducteur·rice de Travaux motivé·e par la gestion de chantiers et désireux(se) de s’investir dans une aventure professionnelle stimulante et valorisante.

Ta mission, si tu l’acceptes :

  • Organiser, optimiser et piloter la réalisation de chantiers dans le respect des délais, et de la qualité attendue
  • Veiller à l’application stricte des règles de sécurité et des normes en vigueur
  • Être l’interlocuteur·rice privilégié·e des client·e·s et garantir leur satisfaction tout au long du projet
  • Suivre et contrôler l’avancement des travaux, ajuster les plannings, anticiper les imprévus et proposer des solutions adaptées
  • Participer à la réception des chantiers ainsi qu’aux réunions techniques et commerciales avec nos clients donneurs d’ordre, en maintenant un haut niveau d’exigence et de rigueur
  • Manager les équipes de poseurs de cuisines et métreurs
  • Effectuer de la prospection sur son secteur géographique pour développer le portefeuille clients

Des déplacements sont à prévoir dans le cadre de la mission

Profil recherché :

  • Première expérience exigée dans l’univers de la cuisine aménagée en tant que Responsable Technique chez un cuisiniste
  • Excellentes capacités d’analyse, d’anticipation et de gestion des priorités.
  • Sens du contact, qualités relationnelles et leadership
  • Esprit d’équipe, goût du challenge et exigence de la qualité du service rendu.
  • Permis B indispensable.
