GUISNEL LOCATION, reconnue pour ses valeurs et son professionnalisme dans le secteur de la location de véhicules industriels, recrute, dans le cadre de son développement, un(e) Responsable d’exploitation en CDI pour son agence de Vitry-en-Artois.

Ta mission : Organiser les moyens humains et matériels afin de garantir la satisfaction de nos clients et faire en sorte que nos conducteurs soient fiers de la qualité de leurs prestations.

Pour cela, tu auras notamment pour missions de :

  • Gérer une équipe de 50 conducteurs ;
  • Gérer le parc de véhicules industriels : entretien, réparations et contraintes réglementaires ;
  • Gérer la facturation mensuelle ;
  • Assurer le suivi des KPI liés à la gestion de l’agence.

Tu seras le véritable bras doit et un appui essentiel au quotidien du Responsable d’Agence.

Tu es un (e) professionnel(le) autonome, organisé(e), disposant d’un bon sens du terrain, capable d’allier gestion quotidienne des équipes, du parc et de l’exploitation en tant que bras droit du Responsable d’agence.
