Missions principales

  • Accueillir les clients et assurer la réception des véhicules.
  • Identifier les besoins, établir les ordres de réparation et assurer le suivi client.
  • Réaliser les opérations d'entretien courant, de mécanique rapide et de mécanique générale.
  • Effectuer les contrôles et diagnostics nécessaires.
  • Conseiller les clients et assurer la restitution des véhicules.
  • Participer à l'organisation et au développement de l'activité après-vente dans le cadre du lancement de la concession.

Profil recherché

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'une formation en mécanique automobile (CAP, Bac Pro ou équivalent).
  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience en mécanique automobile et idéalement en réception atelier.
  • Vous êtes polyvalent(e), autonome et à l'aise aussi bien avec les clients qu'en atelier.
  • Vous avez le sens du service, un bon relationnel et aimez le travail en équipe.
  • Vous êtes dynamique, organisé(e) et souhaitez vous investir dans le lancement d'une nouvelle concession.
