Notre département RÉCRÉATIF est spécialisé en gestion d'activités commerciales et d'infrastructures pour l'industrie touristique et récréative.

Notre équipe recherche des moniteurs de camps de jour spécialisés en natation pour accompagner les participants dans leur apprentissage de la natation, de stimuler leur engagement à travers des activités variées et dynamiques, et d’assurer leur sécurité en tout temps sur nos installations aquatiques dans l'arrondissement LaSalle à Montréal.

Tu seras un modèle pour les participants, en incarnant les valeurs du camp telles que le respect, l’entraide et le dépassement de soi. Ton dynamisme, ton leadership et ton sens des responsabilités seront essentiels pour assurer une expérience positive et mémorable aux jeunes nageurs.

Description du poste

Ce dans quoi tu vas baigner !

  • Planifier et mettre en œuvre des leçons de natation et des activités aquatiques attrayantes pour les participants au camp.
  • Veiller au strict respect de tous les protocoles et procédures de sécurité de la piscine.
  • Superviser et assurer la sécurité de tous les participants pendant les activités de natation.
  • Communiquer efficacement avec les parents, le personnel et les participants au camp.
  • Assister dans les situations d'urgence et fournir les premiers soins en cas de besoin.
  • Contribuer à l'atmosphère positive du camp.

Qualifications

  • Expérience en animation et/ou en enseignement de la natation (un atout important).
  • Formation en premiers soins et RCR valide (obligatoire).
  • Certification de sauveteur national et de moniteur en natation.
  • Excellentes compétences en animation et en gestion de groupe.
  • Dynamisme, leadership et capacité à créer un environnement stimulant pour les enfants.
  • Sens des responsabilités et capacité à intervenir efficacement en cas de besoin.
  • Aisance en milieu aquatique et connaissance des techniques de sécurité en natation.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à s’adapter aux différentes situations du camp.
