Description du poste

  • Mettre en œuvre la vision stratégique de la compagnie , les objectifs d’affaires et les orientations opérationnelles du secteur des services d’eau au Canada anglophone et à l’international afin d’assurer la croissance et la rentabilité des activités gérées.
  • Diriger l’ensemble des activités liées à la gestion, à l’exploitation, à l’entretien des installations de traitement et de distribution de l’eau confiés contractuellement à la compagnie.
  • Assurer la gestion et l’allocation des ressources humaines ( environ 900 personnes) , financières, matérielles et technologiques nécessaires à l’atteinte des objectifs organisationnels et à l’exécution des contrats
  • Mettre en œuvre les politiques, programmes, contrôles administratifs et indicateurs de performance visant l’amélioration continue, la gestion des risques et le respect des exigences légales, environnementales et contractuelles.
  • Représenter l’organisation auprès des clients, partenaires, organismes gouvernementaux et autres intervenants clés, participer aux négociations des contrats et au développement des affaires dans les différentes zones géographiques ( Canada, USA, Maroc, Sénégal, République Dominicaine, Angola, …).

Qualifications

  • Formation en ingénierie (niveau baccalauréat)
  • Formation complémentaire en finance (niveau baccalauréat)
  • Expérience pratique en gestion de services d’eau par une compagnie privée (minimum 15 ans)
  • Expérience en gestion de centre de profits (minimum 10 ans) d’au moins 40 millions $ Cad de revenus annuels et de 500 employés
  • Maîtrise des langues française, anglaise et espagnole , écrites et parlées couramment

CONDITIONS

  • Début d'embauche : 1er avril 2027
  • Poste permanent à temps complet – 40 h par semaine
  • Salaire de 120 000 à 200 000 $ par année – selon l’expérience
  • Assurance collective
  • Lieu de travail : RC-050-4750, avenue Henri-Julien, bureau RC-050, Montréal (Québec) H2T 2C8 et voyages très fréquents dans les zones opérationnelles dans le Reste du Canada et à l’international
