Rattachés à la Fondation Hospitalière Saint-Joseph, les centres de santé Marie-Thérèse, implantés dans les 14ᵉ, 15ᵉ et 20ᵉ arrondissements de Paris ainsi qu’à Malakoff (Hauts-de-Seine), regroupent plus de 140 médecins et auxiliaires médicaux exerçant dans 20 spécialités. Ils proposent une offre de soins pluridisciplinaires de proximité, au service de tous.

Description du poste

Rejoignez un environnement en pleine expansion en tant que Responsable de centre de santé au sein d'un de nos centres. À la tête d’une équipe médicales ainsi que plusieurs collaborateurs administratifs et paramédicaux, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la structuration, l’animation et le développement de l’activité du centre.

Vos missions s’articulent autour de quatre grands axes :

1. Projets et Développement

  • Développer les parcours patients et mettre en œuvre le projet médical du centre
  • Contribuer aux projets d’optimisation économique en lien étroit avec l’équipe médicale
  • Piloter l’activité des blocs opératoires
  • Participer aux projets transversaux des centres de santé
  • Déployer la politique globale de l’association, développer des partenariats et répondre aux appels à projets

2. Gestion opérationnelle

  • Garantir le bon fonctionnement quotidien du centre et accompagner l’autonomie des équipes
  • Produire et contrôler les variables de paie
  • Veiller au respect des bonnes pratiques professionnelles et à la satisfaction des patients

3. Management

  • Encadrer et animer des équipes pluridisciplinaires, médicales et administratives
  • Assurer le recrutement, l’intégration et le développement des compétences
  • Participer au recrutement des praticiens en cohérence avec le projet de santé et les besoins du territoire
  • Favoriser la cohésion et l’esprit d’équipe à travers des actions dédiées

4. Pilotage et suivi d’activité

  • Contribuer à l’élaboration, la mise en œuvre et l’optimisation du budget du centre
  • Analyser les reportings mensuels et ajuster le pilotage stratégique
  • Assurer la bonne affectation des dépenses dans l’outil comptable et collaborer avec le service de recouvrement

Qualifications

Vous disposez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction polyvalente intégrant une dimension projet et une forte dimension managériale. Une expérience dans le secteur de la santé constitue un atout, sans être indispensable.
