Pour notre succursale Accès Personnel Lausanne, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Consultant en Personnel (H/F) à 100%.

Consultant en personnel (H/F) à 100% \- secteur Médical

Dans le cadre de l’attribution récente d’un appel d’offres pour un client d’envergure dans le domaine médical, nous renforçons notre organisation afin d’assurer la coordination et la planification du personnel médical temporaire.

Sous la responsabilité directe du Responsable d’Agence, tu joueras un rôle clé dans la coordination, la planification et le suivi opérationnel des missions de personnel médical temporaire, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes.

En parallèle, tu enrichiras ton vivier de candidats en recherchant et en sélectionnant des profils qualifiés. Tu accompagneras ces talents tout au long de leur parcours, depuis leur placement jusqu’à leur intégration au sein des entreprises clientes, en veillant à assurer un suivi régulier et de qualité.

Tes missions :

Planification \& coordination

* Centraliser et tenir à jour les disponibilités du personnel médical temporaire en fonction des compétences et contraintes de chacun

* Coordonner les besoins du client avec les ressources disponibles afin d’assurer une couverture continue et adaptée des missions

* Élaborer et ajuster les plannings de travail, dans le respect des exigences du client et du cadre réglementaire

* Assurer la gestion quotidienne des plannings, des horaires et des remplacements en cas d’absence ou d’imprévu

* Travailler selon un système de deux shifts en tournus :

7h00 – 16h00 / 9h00 – 18h00

Recrutement

  • Rédiger et diffuser les offres d'emplois
  • Sourcer activement les talents
  • Effectuer les entretiens et évaluer les candidats
  • Constituer un vivier de talents qualifiés
  • Assurer le suivi des collaborateurs placés en mission

Administration

  • Préparer les dossiers des candidats conformément aux exigences clients
  • Informer et conseiller les collaborateurs sur leurs droits et obligations
  • Gérer les contrats en conformité avec la législation

Ton profil :

  • Expérience confirmée dans le placement de personnel, idéalement dans le domaine médical
  • Très bonnes connaissances de la Convention de Location de Services, du marché local et réseau étoffé
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (MS office)
  • Excellente capacité d’organisation, rigueur et gestion des priorités
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et en autonomie
  • Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et humilité
  • Sens du service et orientation client
