The posting

Au sein des équipes de notre client, acteur international spécialisé dans la distribution et l'aménagement d'espaces professionnels, vous intervenez dans un contexte de développement et de structuration des activités achats à l'échelle européenne.

Vous prenez en charge des projets de sourcing stratégique sur différentes familles d'achats directs et indirects, en collaboration avec les équipes métiers, les acheteurs locaux et les fournisseurs internationaux.

Vos missions

  • Analyser les besoins des différentes directions métiers et définir les stratégies achats adaptées.
  • Piloter l'ensemble du processus achats : sourcing, consultations, appels d'offres, analyse des propositions, négociation et contractualisation.
  • Gérer différentes familles d'achats directs et indirects : prestations intellectuelles, services généraux, formation, ingénierie, maintenance, équipements et autres catégories selon le périmètre.
  • Négocier les conditions commerciales et contractuelles en optimisant les coûts, les délais et les risques fournisseurs.
  • Identifier des leviers d'économies à travers l'analyse du coût global (TCO), la mutualisation des achats et l'optimisation du panel fournisseurs.
  • Assurer le suivi des contrats, l'évaluation des fournisseurs et le respect des procédures internes.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes achats et les différentes parties prenantes à l'échelle européenne.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des outils et processus achats.

Profil recherché

De formation supérieure Bac+3 à Bac+5 en achats, commerce, gestion ou équivalent, vous justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience en achats directs et/ou indirects, idéalement dans un environnement international.

Vous maîtrisez les processus de sourcing, les appels d'offres et la négociation commerciale et contractuelle. Vous êtes capable de piloter vos projets achats en autonomie, depuis l'expression du besoin jusqu'à la signature des contrats.

Vous possédez une bonne connaissance des enjeux de performance achats, de gestion des risques fournisseurs et d'optimisation des coûts.

La connaissance de SAP MM est attendue.

Autonome, rigoureux(se) et proactif(ve), vous disposez d'excellentes capacités de communication et savez travailler avec des interlocuteurs variés.

Langues :

  • Anglais courant indispensable.
  • Maitrise de l'espagnol ou de l'allemand.
