The posting

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur(e) Sûreté de Fonctionnement spécialisé(e) en fiabilité pour intervenir auprès de l'un de nos clients du secteur aéronautique et défense.

Missions

1. Analyses statistiques et exploitation des données

  • Collecter, consolider et exploiter des données issues des essais, des retours d'expérience et des activités de développement.
  • Réaliser des analyses statistiques afin d'évaluer les performances et la fiabilité des systèmes.
  • Identifier les tendances, les dispersions et les éventuelles dérives à partir des données disponibles.
  • Définir et exploiter des indicateurs de fiabilité pertinents.

2. Modélisation et analyses de fiabilité

  • Réaliser des études de fiabilité à partir des données statistiques.
  • Exploiter les lois de Weibull et autres modèles statistiques adaptés à l'analyse de durée de vie.
  • Analyser les défaillances et les comportements des équipements dans le temps.
  • Contribuer à la caractérisation et à la démonstration de la fiabilité des systèmes.

3. Plans d'expériences et corrélation

  • Construire et mettre en œuvre des plans d'expériences.
  • Définir les paramètres et variables pertinents pour les campagnes d'essais.
  • Réaliser des analyses de corrélation entre les données théoriques, les résultats d'essais et les observations expérimentales.
  • Interpréter les résultats et identifier les facteurs influençant la fiabilité.

4. Synthèse et capitalisation

  • Formaliser les résultats des analyses statistiques et de fiabilité.
  • Produire des rapports techniques et des synthèses d'études.
  • Présenter les conclusions et recommandations aux équipes projet.
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des méthodes d'analyse et de démonstration de la fiabilité.

Profil recherché

De formation ingénieur ou Bac+5, vous disposez d'au moins 5 ans dans un environnement industriel.

Vous maîtrisez idéalement les compétences suivantes :

  • Statistiques descriptives et inférentielles.
  • Analyse et traitement de données.
  • Plans d'expériences (DoE).
  • Analyses de corrélation et interprétation des résultats.
  • Modélisation statistique et lois de Weibull.
  • Analyse de fiabilité et exploitation de données d'essais.
