L’Hôtel Royal\\, membre du groupe Manotel, est l’une des références de l’hôtellerie genevoise. Situé au cœur de la ville, notre établissement de 202 chambres et suites conjugue élégance néoclassique, hospitalité d’exception et art de vivre.

L’hôtel dispose d’un important centre de conférences et d’événements pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 350 personnes, ainsi que de plusieurs espaces de restauration reconnus :

  • L’Aparté, restaurant gastronomique récompensé d’une étoile Michelin et noté 18/20 au Gault \& Millau
  • Le Bistro, une table conviviale et raffinée
  • Le Bogie’s Bar, lieu incontournable des amateurs de cocktails et de moments de partage

Afin d’accompagner le développement de nos activités de restauration, nous recherchons notre futur :

Maître d'hôtel

Votre mission

Véritable ambassadeur de notre art de recevoir, vous assurez le bon fonctionnement de nos différents points de vente et veillez à offrir à chaque client une expérience irréprochable.

Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

  • Encadrer, fédérer et accompagner les équipes de salle au quotidien
  • Coordonner l’activité opérationnelle de l’Aparté, du Bistro et du Bogie’s Bar
  • Garantir l’excellence de l’accueil, du service et de la satisfaction client
  • Conseiller et fidéliser une clientèle nationale et internationale exigeante
  • Assurer le suivi des encaissements et de la facturation
  • Participer à la gestion des stocks et à l’optimisation des coûts
  • Veiller au respect des standards de qualité, d’hygiène et de présentation
  • Contribuer activement à la performance commerciale des différents points de vente

Votre profil

  • Formation hôtelière ou restauration reconnue
  • 2 à 3 ans d'expérience comme Maître d'Hôtel ou Assistant Maître d'Hôtel en restauration gastronomique ou hôtellerie 4/5 étoiles
  • Une expérience en restaurant étoilé constitue un réel atout
  • Excellentes connaissances œnologiques et goût prononcé pour la gastronomie
  • Maîtrise parfaite du français et très bon niveau d’anglais
  • Sens développé du service et de la relation client
  • Leadership naturel et capacité à motiver les équipes
  • Organisation, rigueur et gestion efficace des priorités
  • Dynamisme, élégance et excellente présentation
  • Flexibilité, polyvalence et esprit d’initiative
  • La connaissance des logiciels TCPOS et Materials Control constitue un avantage
