Dans le cadre de l'expansion nous recherchons nos futurs managers

Vos missions :

📍 Localisation : St Priest et Villeurbanne (Lyon) – Accessible en transports en commun (métro D, bus).

📅 Type de contrat : Alternance (6 mois) + CDI garanti dès le 1er jour

🔍 Missions principales :

  • Conseiller et inspirer les clientes dans leurs projets créatifs (choix des tissus, techniques de couture, etc.).
  • Devenir expert·e sur nos produits : spécificités techniques, tendances, et merchandising.
  • Contribuer au développement des ventes et à l’atteinte des objectifs commerciaux.
  • Gérer les stocks, organiser les rayons, et participer à la logistique du magasin.
  • Animer des ateliers et événements pour fidéliser la communauté (ex. : ateliers couture, lancements de collections).

💰 Rémunération : 24 K€ / an + primes

🎓 Formation : Partenariat avec EKLYA School of Business (Titre RNCP niveau 6 – Bac+3/4). 📅 Début : Rentrée 2026.

🎯 Profil recherché :

  • Formation : Bac+2 en commerce, gestion, restauration, hôtelerie ou équivalent.
  • OU : 3 ans de pratique en commerce avec une expéreince de 1er vendeur / 1ere vendeuse, pilier magasin ou d’encadrement
  • Compétences : Sens du contact client, rigueur organisationnelle, passion pour l’artisanat/textile.
  • Qualités : Dynamisme, créativité, capacité à travailler en équipe.
  • Atouts supplémentaires : Expérience en vente ou dans l’univers créatif (un plus).
