Vos Missions :

Collaborer avec le Responsable de Magasin : Devenez son bras droit et participez à la gestion quotidienne du magasin.

Encadrer une super équipe : Aidez à motiver et à guider vos collègues pour qu’ils donnent le meilleur d’eux-mêmes.

Accueillir nos clients avec énergie : Soyez leur premier contact, offrez-leur des conseils personnalisés et assurez une expérience shopping mémorable.

Booster les ventes : Contribuez à atteindre les objectifs commerciaux tout en mettant en avant nos produits avec enthousiasme.

Incarner nos valeurs : Devenez le relais de nos valeurs – Partage, Équité, Proximité et Curiosité – au sein du magasin.

Votre profil :

Passionné(e) par la vente et prêt(e) à prendre des responsabilités : Vous êtes motivé(e) à l’idée de guider et d’inspirer les autres.

Affinité avec le monde du DIY : Si vous aimez la mode, la décoration et les activités manuelles, c’est encore mieux !

Un exemple au quotidien : Vous êtes la personne sur qui l’équipe peut compter.
